Investment Opportunity in “11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85”
On Poush 28, 2079, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) authorized the “11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85”. At a price of Rs 1000 per unit, Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) would issue 50 lakh unit debentures. The bank will provide a 5-year debenture with an interest rate of 11.25%. 20 lakh of the total issued units will be made available to the public, and 30 lakh will be made available for private placement.
