Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue 20,338 units of IPO shares to foreign employment citizens of Nepal starting from 16 Magh – 01 Falgun, 2079 and 1,69,755 Units of IPO shares to General Public starting from 11 Falgun – 15 Falgun, 2079. Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

About the Company
Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a “D” class bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, located in Lumbini province of Nepal. It was registered in 2018. The bank’s central office is in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-15, Dang district and it has 21 branches across Dang, Banke and Bardiya districts. Aatmanirbhar LBS was originally founded by the non-government organization Gramin Mahila Utthan Kendra (Rural Women Development Center-RWDC) as a way to contribute to the social development of rural women through literacy, income generation and empowerment. The bank’s vision is to alleviate poverty in poor, marginalized, and disadvantaged rural communities and its mission is to provide micro-loans to rural households to improve their living standards and livelihood through economic empowerment.
