Palun Khola Hydro, the developer of a 21 MW Hydropower project in the Taplejung district, has chosen Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 19 lakh shares to project-affected individuals, Nepalese migrant workers, and the general public. The agreement was signed between the Executive Chairman of Palung Khola Hydro, Mr. Pushpa Jyoti Dhungana, and the Managing Director of Prabhu Capital, Mr. Dinesh Thakali, during a program. The hydropower project is being built in Mikhuwa gaupalika in the Taplejung district. It is a Run of River type project.

The agreement was signed by the chairman of Dharam Khola Hydro Energy, Mr. Nar Bahadur Poon, and the CEO of Laxmi Capital Market, Mr. Rajiv Sapkota, during a program. The company has reportedly completed 80% of the construction work on the hydropower project, according to a media statement.
